3. Report illegal content or abuse
ElectraDB hosts databases for its customers. If you believe a database we host holds illegal content or is used for abuse, write to abuse@electradb.com with:
- why you consider the content illegal or abusive;
- where it is: the database host name, and whatever else identifies it;
- your name and email address (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, decide diligently and objectively, and tell you and the affected customer what we decided and why. Affected customers can contest a decision by replying to it.
